Annette Mich
she/her/hers
Consultant
Annette's perseverance and commitment to creating the conditions in which EVERYONE can thrive are shown when she moves between healthcare settings, entrepreneurial ventures and human services accelerating progress toward each organization's vision. Her grit was engaged when she led the transformation of an ailing nursing home into one that received a deficiency free state and federal inspection report in just one year. Later, she took on an entirely different industry with a steadfast approach and exponentially increased the nationwide shipping capacity of a local bakery. When an unexpected article from the Huffington Post declared the bakery's signature product to be "the greatest cake America has ever made", demand increased 6000% in 3 days. Though it took some time, every order was filled to the customer's delight and the once unimaginable demand became the new baseline. Armed with profound learning, Annette returned to human services and translated an exhaustive systems transformation training curriculum from in-person to virtual without consternation during the global pandemic. In all instances, Annette was able to envision the possibility, unleash the capabilities of others and ensure the need was met with safety, dignity, appreciation, learning and fun!
