Posts must be appropriate, professional, and non-stigmatizing. Transcendworx, LLC reserves the right to edit, approve, or reject any post at its sole discretion without providing detailed reasons.

  3. Right to Refuse or Remove Posts: Transcendworx, LLC, retains the right to refuse to post, or to remove, any collaboration opportunity at its discretion. This may occur if the post violates the terms of service, contains false or misleading information, or fails to meet our quality standards. If any entity is found to be providing false or misleading information, they may be banned from future posting opportunities on the platform.

  4. Accuracy of Information: The entity posting the collaboration opportunity is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Transcendworx, LLC will not be held liable for any discrepancies, omissions, or inaccuracies in the details of the posted opportunities.

  1. Voluntary Participation
    Participation in the Insight Collective is entirely voluntary. You may choose to participate in opportunities such as focus groups, pilot testing, or customer discovery at your discretion, and you may withdraw from the Insight Collective at any time without penalty.

  2. No Guarantee of Opportunities
    Transcendworx, LLC will make reasonable efforts to inform members of opportunities to participate in research, focus groups, or other activities. However, we do not guarantee the availability, frequency, or suitability of these opportunities. The decision to participate in any specific opportunity is solely yours.

  3. Third-Party Opportunities
    Opportunities provided through the Insight Collective are offered by third-party innovators, startups, and researchers. Transcendworx, LLC acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, content, or outcomes of these opportunities. Any interactions, communications, or agreements you engage in with these third parties are at your own risk and discretion.

  4. No Liability for Experience or Outcomes
    Transcendworx, LLC does not assume any responsibility or liability for your experience in participating in any third-party opportunity. SUD Innovation Directory Submissions Terms and Conditions

By submitting your innovation to the Transcendworx SUD Innovation Directory, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your rights and obligations as a submitter and outline the conditions under which your submission will be reviewed, published, and managed by Transcendworx, LLC.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and the original creator or have full legal rights to submit the innovation on behalf of your organization.
1.2. The innovation must be relevant to the field of substance use disorder (SUD), recovery, or related areas.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

2.1. You retain all rights to the intellectual property of your submission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2. By submitting to the SUD Innovation Directory, you grant Transcendworx, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your submission on the platform and related marketing channels.
2.3. You warrant that your submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.

3. Submission Guidelines

3.1. All submissions must be accurate, non-confidential, and free from misleading information.
3.2. Transcendworx reserves the right to refuse or remove any submission that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or irrelevant without prior notice.
3.3. Submissions must not contain any stigmatizing language, as determined by Transcendworx (e.g., terms such as "addict," "junkie," or "drug abuse" are prohibited).

3.4. Transcendworx reserves the right to slightly modify submitted descriptions to replace stigmatizing with nonstigmatizing terms. 

4. Review and Publication

4.1. All submissions will undergo a review process by the Transcendworx team to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
4.2. Transcendworx does not guarantee publication of any submission. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Transcendworx, LLC.
4.3. Once accepted, your innovation will be published in the directory and made accessible to users of the platform.
4.4. No Endorsement: The inclusion of your submission in the SUD Innovation Directory does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation of your product, innovation, or company by Transcendworx, LLC. Listing in the directory is for informational purposes only.
4.5. Accuracy and Updates: Transcendworx is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information submitted, nor is it responsible for ensuring that the information is updated. It is the submitter's responsibility to provide accurate, current information and to notify Transcendworx of any necessary updates.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. Do not include confidential or proprietary information in your submission unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by Transcendworx, LLC.
5.2. Transcendworx is not responsible for the protection of any confidential information included in your submission.

6. Indemnification

6.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transcendworx, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your submission.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1. Transcendworx reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure compliance.
7.2. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Termination

8.1. Transcendworx reserves the right to terminate your access to the Innovation Directory and remove your submission at any time for violation of these terms or other applicable policies.

8.2 Removal and Plan Cancellation: If Transcendworx removes your submission for any reason, your associated listing plan will be cancelled without notice, and any fees paid for that plan will not be refunded.
